Forms and quizzes are built block by block with a preview alongside. When it is ready you copy the embed code and put it on the site. Responses land straight in the CRM and the statistics show up in the portal.

What is Kitsu?
Kitsu is a marketing portal built by HERE. Instead of spreading the work across a row of separate tools, you get one workspace where content, forms, leads, planning, ad data and analysis are connected – with an AI assistant that can carry out the work inside the modules.
Who can use Kitsu?
Kitsu is available to every client we work with. The portal suits both the small marketing function that wants everything in one place and the larger company that needs several projects and clear permission control.
Do we have to use every module?
No. Kitsu is modular and you only switch on what is relevant. More modules can be added later without affecting what you already use.
Can you build a module we are missing?
Yes. We build new modules continuously, both when clients ask for something specific and when we see a recurring need ourselves. Because we own the platform, we can build and roll it out without waiting for an external vendor.
What can the AI in Kitsu do?
Kitsu's AI can genuinely create and change things inside the modules: build a form, add questions to a quiz, fill in the activity plan or rewrite copy. It always works within your client and project context and only sees your data.
Which data sources can be connected?
Kitsu pulls data from GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. On top of that there are integrations with Shopify for product feeds, Google Drive for archiving and Looker Studio for reports.
Where is our data stored?
Your data is stored within the EU. Each client also gets dedicated database schemas per module, and access is protected in three layers: schema grants, security rules in the database and checks in the application.
